Strange But True Fish Tale

Fish stories are part of all fisherman. Every fisherman can always come up with a story about the one that got away. Think about it and I am sure you will be able to think of a fisherman who tells a story.


Every self-respecting fisherman has their own tale to tell; some of success, and the thrill of the catch, and others share tales of woe and how they were beaten by the one that got away. This is a true story of one man's vengeance against the trophy bass that stole much more than just his time on that hot August afternoon. What started off as a day intended to play hooky gradually turned into a battle of wills between man and fish. What ensued was something that would become a legend to be repeated many times over through the years around a campfire among fellow anglers. The one difference between this story, however, and other yarns which are typically spun, is that this one is true.
